Im a huge fan of yours and i just want to say a big thank-you for all your efforts in educating people about delicious vegan food. I am inspired by your creativity and passion – every recipe i find of yours makes me want to jump up and get in the kitchen straight away. I am also a chef myself and have been vegan for about 6 months. I do find it hard to come up with ideas for meals, but having your facebook and twitter updates for inspiration really helps – I too am a massive fan of the rooster sauce 😉 I have the books ‘thrive foods’ and ‘raw and beyond’ and am so excited to get my hands on your new book with Kris Carr. Cant wait!
